I do a lot of traveling on the road around the USA and so I am constantly amongst and around the big 18-wheeler truckers going to and fro, coast to coast, etc I don't talk to them very often because there's usually not an easy way to interact with them. Maybe you will see them at a rest area occasionally etc. But in America interacting with one another has become almost misperceived as a "threat". Even trying to be nice and doing evangelism is usually rebuffed. So I have learned to do "silent evangelism" in most cases: i LEAVE  Christian tracts under windshield wipers, and also TONS OF PRAYER. And our truckers need Christ and our prayers as much as anybody else. Most of them are good decent people who follow the rules of the road to a tee. Occasionally I've encountered a rogue trucker committing micro aggressions- but not often. And I spend time praying while I am driving and now I try to pray for each trucker I pass or who passes me. I pray for their family, their safety, their conversion and/or committment and/or growth in Christ. So I am starting this blog to pray for truckers. Maybe they will also tune in here for encouragement. And I ask you whoever you are to also pray for our truckers across America. God bless you. And God bless America !
